Forgefiend / Maulerfiend – Chaos Daemon Engine Kit
This multipart plastic kit builds one Forgefiend or Maulerfiend, terrifying Daemon Engines of the Chaos Space Marines. Released in 2023, it remains a favourite among hobbyists and collectors for its versatility and imposing battlefield presence.
About the Unit
The Forgefiend is a predatory Daemon Engine fused with enormous rotary cannons or ancient ectoplasma weapons. It excels at ranged destruction, scything down enemy troops and blasting glowing craters into the toughest opposition. Alternatively, the kit can be built as a Maulerfiend, a close-combat monster that smashes through enemy lines with mechanical tentacles and jaws.
Faction and Army Use
This kit belongs to the Chaos Space Marines faction, and can also be fielded in World Eaters and Thousand Sons armies. It provides heavy support options for ranged firepower or brutal assault capabilities, depending on the chosen build.
