At PlasticWargaming, we want our English website to be more than just a translated version of our store. We want it to be a place where hobbyists from abroad can browse comfortably, order with confidence, and know exactly what to expect.
We pack every order by hand, communicate clearly, and do our best to help customers not only in selected European countries, but often worldwide as well. If your country is not listed in the checkout, just contact us — in many cases we can still arrange shipping for you.

How we handle international orders
We know that ordering from another country requires more trust. That is why we focus on secure packing, clear contact, and realistic delivery expectations.
At PlasticWargaming, we do not treat international orders as an afterthought. We actively want our English website to serve customers from abroad, whether you are ordering from a nearby country or asking about shipping further across the world.
Every parcel is checked and packed by hand. We want your miniatures, books, dice, and hobby supplies to arrive in the condition we would expect ourselves.
How quickly we dispatch
- Orders received by 12:00 are often dispatched the same day.
- Standard dispatch time is usually within 24 hours after payment confirmation or order confirmation.
- After dispatch, you receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
How we pack your shipment
- We use sturdy cardboard boxes and protective filler.
- Miniature boxes are packed to reduce the risk of bent corners or damaged lids.
- For larger or more valuable orders, we add extra reinforcement when needed.
- Everything is checked by hand before dispatch.
Selected countries and worldwide shipping
Our checkout is focused on selected countries, but that does not mean the rest of the world is excluded.
- We regularly ship to selected countries available in the checkout.
- If your country is not currently listed, contact us before placing your order.
- In many cases, we can prepare an individual solution and ship worldwide by prior arrangement.

The cash on delivery fee is added to the standard shipping cost.

If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or something is missing, we want to solve it as quickly as possible. Just contact us and we will help you directly.
