We prepare every parcel exactly as we would want to receive our own army — with no careless packing, unnecessary uncertainty or unpleasant surprises.
No codes and no complications. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail after dispatch.
Every parcel passes through our hands
We inspect and pack every order by hand so that it can safely withstand even a longer journey. We only work with carriers that consistently maintain a high standard.
On its way to you as soon as possible
- Orders received by 12:00 are usually dispatched the same day.
- Our standard dispatch time is within 24 hours of payment confirmation or a cash-on-delivery order.
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Protection for miniatures and boxes
- We use sturdy cardboard boxes and impact-resistant filling.
- We protect miniature boxes against bent corners and lids.
- For more valuable orders, we add extra reinforcement and protective elements.
- We inspect everything by hand before dispatch — no “throw it in a box and call it done”.

The most common delivery times are calculated from the moment we hand your order over to the carrier.

For purchases over €79, shipping within the Czech Republic is free depending on the selected carrier.

Payment in store and by bank transfer is free. Cash on delivery costs an additional €1.60 on top of the shipping price.
