The company Plasticwargaming s.r.o. declares that all processed personal data is considered confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular the GDPR.

I. BASIC PROVISIONS

1. The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is Plasticwargaming s.r.o..

2. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

II. SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF DATA

The controller processes:

- identification data (first name, last name)
- contact data (e-mail, phone)
- address data (delivery address)
- data about orders and purchases

III. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE

Legal basis:

- performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- legitimate interest (marketing towards customers)
- consent (marketing outside customers)

Purpose of processing:

- order processing
- communication with the customer
- sending commercial communications

In the case of customers, the controller may send commercial communications based on legitimate interest. In other cases, only based on granted consent.

Each commercial communication includes an option for easy unsubscribe.

No automated decision-making takes place.

IV. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data is retained:

- for the period required by legal regulations (especially accounting and tax obligations, usually 10 years)
- for the duration of marketing consent (max. 5 years)

After this period, the data is deleted.

V. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

- carriers (e.g. Zásilkovna, PPL, Czech Post)
- e-shop platform provider (Shoptet)
- payment service providers
- IT and hosting service providers

The controller does not transfer personal data outside the EU.
