Loyalty Program — Discount Levels
Your discount is calculated from your purchases over the last 12 months and how regularly you shop and participate in the community. The more plastic flows through your basket and the more you get involved in the PlasticWargaming community, the better your tier becomes.
VIP Customer
Who qualifies as VIP:
VIP players are long-term, active and consistent members of the community. It's not just about spend — it's about being part of the ecosystem.
You qualify as VIP if you:
- spend at least €2,999 over the last 12 months
- shop regularly (at least once every 2 months)
- visit our store or shop online frequently
- attend workshops, tournaments, release events or meetups
- are part of the community (Discord, FB groups, leagues, etc.)
Why VIP matters:
VIP players are not just customers — they are community members. They support us long-term, return regularly, recommend us to others and actively participate in the hobby.
VIP benefits:
- Up to 6% discount based on yearly spend
- Priority packing & dispatch
- Priority access to pre-orders and limited releases
- Extended reservations for new releases
Regular Customer
Who qualifies as Regular:
Regular customers shop consistently over time, even if they’re not super active in the community yet.
You qualify as Regular if you:
- spent at least €999 in the last 12 months
- shop at least once every 3 months
- are registered and return frequently
- follow releases, newsletter or social channels
- occasionally attend events (not required)
Why Regular matters:
This tier forms the backbone of our player base — consistent, long-term hobbyists.
Benefits: up to 3% discount based on spend.
Standard Customer
Who qualifies as Standard:
Every new or occasional shopper starts here.
You qualify as Standard if you:
- spent less than €999 in the last 12 months
- shop irregularly or for the first time
- are not yet active in events or community
- are exploring the hobby or our store
Why Standard exists:
It’s the base level for all new hobbyists — everyone starts here before leveling up.
Benefits: up to 2% discount based on spend.
Loyalty tiers are recalculated based on your 12-month spend and regular activity.
