Plasticwargaming s.r.o. declares that all processed personal data is considered strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations on personal data protection.

I. BASIC PROVISIONS

1. The data controller pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”) is Plasticwargaming s.r.o., IČ 23814519, with its registered office at Nové sady 988/2, Brno 602 00 (hereinafter the “controller”).

2. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

3. The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

II. SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA

1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data obtained in connection with fulfilling your order.

2. The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for fulfilling the contract.

III. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The legal basis for processing personal data is:
a) performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
b) the controller’s legitimate interest in direct marketing (especially sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
c) your consent to processing for direct marketing purposes (especially sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., in cases where no order for goods or services has been placed.

The purpose of processing personal data is:
a) processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data necessary for successful order processing (name, address, contact) are required — providing this data is essential for concluding and fulfilling the contract,
b) sending commercial communications and carrying out other marketing activities.

The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

IV. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The controller stores personal data:
a) for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller (for 15 years after the end of the contractual relationship).
b) until consent to processing for marketing purposes is withdrawn, for no longer than 5 years, if the data is processed based on consent.

After the retention period expires, the controller deletes the personal data.

V. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA (SUBCONTRACTORS)

Recipients of personal data include persons:
a) involved in delivering goods / processing payments under the contract,
b) providing e‑shop operation and other technical services,
c) providing marketing services.

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data under Article 15 GDPR.
• Right to rectification of personal data under Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing.
• Right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 GDPR.
• Right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR.
• Right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR.
• Right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the controller’s address or email.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your rights have been violated.

VII. CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

1. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

2. The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage and paper-based storage, including antivirus software, secure backups, and regular password changes.

3. The controller declares that personal data is accessible only to authorized persons.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you have read and fully accept this Privacy Policy.

2. You agree to these conditions by checking the consent box in the online form. By checking the box, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy.

3. The controller is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy. The new version will be published on the controller’s website.
