Saturday Pre-orders: Corsairs, Reavers, and a solid dose of 40k news
This week brought a solid batch of 40k news
This time, the new Warhammer pre-orders mainly revolve around the theme of pirate raids from the Maelstrom region. Taking the stage are the Aeldari Corsairs with their fast strikes and elegant units, as well as the more brutal Red Corsairs, representing the darker and more aggressive side of the pirate life in the galaxy.
Alongside new characters like Prince Yriel or the mystical Kharseth, we also get new units for corsair fleets, including Corsair Skyreavers and Corsair Voidreavers. On the opposing side stand chaos raiders with a new commander, the Red Corsairs Reave-Captain, and his crew, the Red Corsairs Raiders.
This pre-order week isn’t just about pirates, though. There are also other exciting additions for Warhammer 40,000 – new character models, thematic accessories, faction dice, and no fewer than four new Combat Patrols, perfect both for new players and for quickly expanding an existing army.
For fans of Warhammer stories, a paperback edition of Carcharodons: Void Exile is also being released, bringing another dark chapter from the Warhammer 40,000 universe.
