Tyranid Hive Guard / Tyrant Guard
A plastic kit from 2010 that allows you to build either elite Hive Guard with heavy bio-weapons or durable Tyrant Guard – personal bodyguards of the Hive Tyrant. A very popular choice among Tyranid fans.
About the Unit
Hive Guard are heavily armored shooters capable of hitting enemies even outside direct line of sight. Tyrant Guard, on the other hand, serve as shields and protectors for the Hive Tyrant. Both variants can be built from a single box.
Where They Belong
This unit belongs to the Tyranid army in Warhammer 40,000. Hive Guard provide fire support, while Tyrant Guard protect key synapse leaders.
