    Want to be sure you buy the right things the first time? Here’s a quick checklist to save you time and stress:

    ✅ Choose a faction / army you like (lore, playstyle, look)
    ✅ Consider a “starter set” – it includes the basics you’ll actually use
    ✅ If you plan to paint: primer + a few paints + a brush = ideal start
    ✅ Not sure? Message us – we’ll recommend a specific set for your goal

    Step by Step

    1️⃣ Choose what you like

    If you’re starting out, we recommend our special bundles – built by players for players and often containing exactly what you need for your first battle.

    💡 Tip: The fastest way to your first game = starter set + basic tools. You’ll avoid buying unnecessary stuff.

    2️⃣ Add to cart

    Select your products and add them to the cart. Sometimes you’ll even receive a voucher for your next purchase – check your email after completing the order.

    We recommend joining our loyalty program – collect points and turn them into discounts. Plus, your account keeps track of all orders and their status.

    3️⃣ Delivery or personal pickup

    Choose the delivery method that suits you best:

    • Home delivery – to your home or office. We pack carefully so everything arrives in perfect condition.
    • Pickup box / pickup point – collect anytime. Just watch the storage time limit.
    • Personal pickup in Brno – stop by, grab a coffee ☕ and feel free to play or talk hobby with us.
    💡 Tip: Save the SMS/email with your pickup PIN so the parcel doesn’t expire.

    4️⃣ Order confirmation & tracking

    After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

    Once your package ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it online. If you need anything, just reply to the email – we’ll know which order it is.

    5️⃣ Play, create, and come back!

    Start building, painting, and playing. Follow us on social media or subscribe to the newsletter so you don’t miss news, deals, and contests.
