White Scars were the Fifth Legion of the Space Marines, led by the charismatic and freedom-loving Primarch Jaghatai Khan. They hail from the planet Chogoris, where Khan united the steppe tribes under his banner against tyranny. His philosophy of war – speed, maneuver, and freedom – shaped the entire Legion.

During the Horus Heresy, the White Scars were initially isolated, campaigning far beyond Imperial borders and deceived by the Alpha Legion. Eventually, they chose loyalty to the Emperor and fought the traitors across hundreds of worlds for seven long years.

The White Scars are renowned for their lightning-fast assaults, jetbikes, swift tanks, and Stormseers – mystical warrior-scholars. Their fighting style relies on mobility, surprise, and precise strikes. In the Horus Heresy system, they have access to unique units such as the Ebon Keshig, Golden Keshig, and Sky-hunters.
