Embark on an adventurous journey across Asia! Ticket to Ride: Asia is a standalone playable map and also an expansion from the famous Ticket to Ride series, bringing brand new strategic challenges including a team mode.
About Ticket to Ride: Asia
Ticket to Ride: Asia is the fourth standalone addition to the legendary Ticket to Ride family of games. Players build railway networks on the Asian continent, competing on a mountain map in teams in one variant, or choosing treacherous routes through Himalayan passes in Legendary Asia that require sacrificing reserve trains. The game excellently develops tactical thinking and tests cooperation in pairs.
- Offers a unique team mode for 4 or 6 players divided into pairs.
- Contains a double-sided game board with mountain passes and dangerous routes.
- Fully standalone playable version that can also be combined with the Ticket to Ride: Europe edition.
How to play
- On their turn, players draw transportation cards, occupy railway tracks on the board, or pick up new tickets.
- In team mode, partners share a common supply of trains and part of the cards in their hands, which requires close agreement.
- For every occupied track and fulfilled destination ticket, players earn points on the scoring scale.
- The game ends in the round when one of the players has only a few trains left, after which the final point gain is evaluated.
