Playmarkers
Playmarkers – Acrylic Markers for Quick Miniature Painting
AK Interactive Playmarkers are acrylic markers with a brush tip designed for convenient painting of miniatures, models and accessories without the need to prepare a palette and traditional brush. Apply the paint directly from the marker and use the flexible tip to cover larger areas as well as work on smaller details.
The wide colour range includes basic colours, skin and earth tones, colours for fantasy and sci-fi miniatures, as well as metallic shades. Individual colours can be layered and combined in much the same way as traditional modelling paints. In addition to individual Playmarkers, you will also find themed sets for specific types of miniatures and a complete collection of the entire range.

White, Black, Yellow, Red and other essential shades are ideal for everyday miniature painting. You can gradually expand your palette with different blues, greens, oranges, pinks or purples to match the colour scheme of your army or model.
Black Skin, Dark Skin, Zombie Skin, Leather, Wood, Desert Ochre and other specialised shades make it easier to choose suitable colours for faces, skin, leather, wood and other organic or natural elements of your miniatures.
Ultramarine, Emerald, Turquoise, Purple, Animal Green and other vibrant shades are ideal for armour, uniforms, monsters, alien models and other fantasy or sci-fi projects. By combining several related colours, you can create base colours, shadows and highlights.
Gun Metal, Silver, Gold, Bronze, Copper and Brass are ideal for weapons, armour, mechanical components, ornaments and other metallic surfaces. If you want a complete metallic palette in one set, choose the Full Metal set.
If you do not want to choose every shade individually, select a themed set that suits your project. The range includes sets such as Space Knights, Skeletons & Zombies, Skin & Flesh Tones, Clothes & Ornaments, Tools & Weapons and Viscera.
For modellers who want the entire range in one place, the Playmarkers Full Range is the ideal choice. The complete set contains 34 shades stored in a sturdy box and provides a versatile palette for different types of miniatures, materials and colour schemes.
If you are new to Playmarkers, you do not need to buy the entire range straight away. Choose several shades to suit a specific miniature or opt for a themed set that already contains carefully selected colours for your project. For the best results, work on a properly prepared and ideally primed surface, and build up the colour gradually in thinner layers. The brush tip allows you to vary the width of each stroke depending on the pressure applied – use the broader part for larger areas and the tip for more precise details. Individual shades can be layered just like traditional acrylic paints, and the finished model can then be protected with a suitable varnish.
