AK Interactive
AK Interactive – paints, weathering and terrains for modellers
AK Interactive offers an extensive range of products for painting, weathering and finishing miniatures, vehicles, aircraft, ships, dioramas and gaming models. The range includes classic acrylic and oil paints, fast-painting Quick Gen colours, inks, markers, metallic products, washes, weathering pencils and materials for creating terrain.
Each range is designed for different techniques. General Series is ideal for traditional painting, Quick Gen for faster painting with a contrast effect, Playmarkers and acrylic markers for convenient application directly with a marker tip, and specialised metallic and weathering products for giving models a realistic finish.

General Series offers a wide range of acrylic paints for traditional miniature and model painting. Inks complement the core colours with intense transparent shades suitable for tinting, shading and other colour techniques.
Quick Gen is designed for fast contrast-style painting. A single application helps create a coloured base while defining the differences between raised and recessed areas of the model, making it especially practical when painting larger numbers of miniatures.
Playmarkers, acrylic markers and Metallic Liquid Markers allow you to apply paint directly using the marker tip. They are practical for miniatures, details, edges, small touch-ups and metallic elements without the need to prepare paint on a palette.
For realistic metallic surfaces, you can choose from specialised metallic systems. Xtreme Metal is ideal for smooth metal surfaces and a striking metallic finish, while True Metal expands your options for creating metallic effects with a different application technique.
Oil paints, oil washes and Weathering Pencils can be used to create shadows, dust, dirt, rust, streaking, scratches and other signs of wear. Choose the technique depending on whether you want subtle tonal effects, enhanced details or precise localised weathering.
Terrains include products for creating earth, mud, water, snow, vegetation and other surfaces. You can use them to finish miniature bases as well as larger dioramas and create realistic environments around your models.
Start by choosing the technique you want to use. For traditional painting, begin with the General Series; for fast miniature painting, choose Quick Gen; and if you prefer application without a brush, take a look at Playmarkers or acrylic markers. Xtreme Metal and True Metal are designed for metallic surfaces, while oil paints, washes and Weathering Pencils are ideal for ageing and weathering your models. For bases and dioramas, continue to the Terrains range. The individual systems can be combined depending on your project and the result you want to achieve.
