PlasticWargaming is not an anonymous pickup locker. You will visit a real Warhammer store, discover the latest products, get expert advice and take home anything else you want from our in-store stock.

We will prepare your order in advance. All you need to do is collect it — and if you like, you can make the most of your visit.

Whichever direction you are coming from, the final part of the journey is easy.
From the main railway station
- The journey takes approximately 10–12 minutes.
- Head towards Vaňkovka and continue towards Mendlovo náměstí.
- Turn into Anenská at the traffic lights; we are about 150 metres from the corner.
By tram
- Take tram number 1, 2, 5 or 6.
- Get off at Mendlovo náměstí.
- It is approximately a 3-minute walk from there.
From Zvonařka
- The walk takes approximately 8 minutes.
- Head towards Vaňkovka, continue towards Mendlovo náměstí and turn into Anenská.
- The route is also convenient for quickly collecting a smaller order.
Driving and parking
- The best approach is usually via Křížová → Anenská.
- Paid spaces are available in the nearby blue zones: Křížová, Václavská and Mendlovo náměstí.
- The PD Václavská car park is about a 3-minute walk away.

Of course. The store is open, you can browse the products in stock and we will be happy to help you choose.
Where should I enter my planned pickup time?
Add it to the order note. We will prepare your goods and let you know when everything is ready.
What if I cannot collect my order in time?
Email us at info@plasticwargaming.com and we will arrange an extension of your reservation.
How long will you hold my order?
Normally for at least 7 days.
