    Simple, fast, and fair – exactly how it should be. And whenever you are unsure, just get in touch. We give advice as hobbyists to hobbyists.

    Shopping without chaos or unnecessary complications

    At PlasticWargaming, we want shopping to be just as enjoyable as the hobby itself. Whether you are starting your first army, looking for the right starter set, or simply adding more miniatures to your collection, we want to make the process clear and easy.

    We are not an anonymous e-shop. If you are unsure, we will help you based on your faction, your budget, and whether you mainly want to play, paint, or both.

    Choose what excites you

    If you are just starting out, we recommend our special bundles – they are assembled by hobbyists for hobbyists and often contain exactly what you need for your first battle or your first hobby setup.

    Add it to your cart

    Select the products you want and add them to your cart. From time to time, we also send out vouchers for your next purchase, so after completing your order, it is worth checking your e-mail.

    We also recommend joining our loyalty program. You collect points, get discounts, and keep track of your orders and their status in one place.

    💡 Tip: Ordering a larger batch or building a bigger army? Write to us – we can often prepare a better custom offer.

    Choose delivery or in-store pickup

    Choose the delivery option that suits you best:

    • Home delivery – to your home or workplace. We pack carefully so everything arrives in great condition.
    • Pickup box / pickup point – convenient collection on your own schedule. We only recommend keeping an eye on the storage time limit.
    • In-store pickup in Brno – stop by, have a coffee, talk hobby with us, and browse more products in person.
    💡 Tip: If you choose a pickup box, save the SMS or e-mail with your PIN so the parcel does not expire before collection.

    Order confirmation and tracking

    Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail summary and your order number.

    As soon as the parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it online. If you need anything, just reply to the e-mail – that way we immediately know which order you are referring to.

    Play, build, paint, and come back for reinforcements

    Start building, painting, and playing. Follow us on social media or subscribe to the newsletter so you do not miss new arrivals, special offers, and competitions.

    When you are ready to expand your army, we are here for you again. We will gladly recommend what makes sense as the next step – and what probably is not worth buying yet.
