Cutting thin or fragile parts from casting blocks and sprues with a standard hobby knife or pliers often leads to cracking or material deformation. The JLC razor blade completely solves this problem. Thanks to the minimal thickness of the steel, it removes only an absolute minimum of material during cutting. The teeth are etched with extreme precision so the blade does not tear plastic or brittle resin, leaving a perfectly smooth surface without the need for tedious sanding.

Good to know

Do not push down hard on the saw blade while cutting. Work with gentle strokes toward yourself and let the micro-teeth remove material under their own weight to prevent the thin blade from bending.
