Zombicide: Zelená horda (Green Horde) is a standalone cooperative board game from the fantasy Zombicide series that pits players against infected orcs and goblins. Compared to ordinary undead, they attack with more brutal force and gather into a reserve horde that can storm onto the game board at any time. Survivors defend themselves in a flooded medieval environment using powerful weapons, spells, and a functional siege trebuchet.

In Zombicide: Zelená horda, survivors face a new threat – the infection has turned wild orcs into mindless monsters that have retained their devastating physical power. Players form a cooperative team of heroes completing diverse objectives across flooded fields and fortified villages. A critical feature is the horde gathering mechanic: with each turn, a portion of spawned orcs is placed aside until a Horde card triggers their sudden surge directly onto the battlefield. To survive, heroes must smartly exploit the terrain and a heavy field trebuchet.

Round sequence
- Players Phase – Each survivor performs actions such as movement, melee and ranged combat, searching, casting spells, or operating and firing the trebuchet.
- Horde mechanic – When drawing zombie cards, some orcs are placed into an off-board reserve, waiting to be summoned by a specific card.
- Gaining adrenaline – Eliminating enemies advances characters along adrenaline levels, unlocking new abilities while drawing larger waves of enemies.
- Zombies Phase – Infected orcs move toward visible or loudest survivors and inflict higher damage when attacking compared to standard human zombies.
