Necrons – Ancient Machines of Vengeance
Necrons are an ancient race that was once organic – the Necrontyr. In their quest for immortality, they made a fateful pact with the divine C'tan, transforming them into undying metallic beings. Their souls were trapped in bodies of living metal – thus, the Necrons were born.
After millions of years of slumber, the Necrons awaken from their tombs to reclaim the galaxy. They are cold, relentless, and nearly indestructible. Their technology is so advanced it seems like magic – teleportation, regeneration, gravitic weapons, and time manipulation are common in their arsenal.
In-game, Necrons excel in resilience, reanimation (rising from the dead), and precision firepower. Units like Warriors, Immortals, Lychguard, and Destroyers form an unstoppable force. Leaders like Overlord or Szarekh – Silent King bring strategic depth and terrifying power.
