2 Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026.

Only purchases that meet the giveaway conditions and are made during this period will be entered.

The winners will be drawn on 5 November 2026.

3 How to Enter

Customers can enter the giveaway by purchasing Pokémon products with a total value of at least 30 EUR in a single purchase during the giveaway period.

• The purchase must contain eligible Pokémon products worth at least 30 EUR.
• The minimum value must be reached within a single purchase or order.
• The values of multiple separate orders or receipts cannot be combined to reach the 30 EUR threshold.
• Each valid purchase that meets the conditions represents one entry into the prize draw.
• A participant may make multiple separate qualifying purchases during the giveaway. Each purchase must independently meet the giveaway conditions.

4 Eligible Products

Pokémon products purchased through PlasticWargaming during the giveaway period count towards the minimum purchase value.

Eligible products may include, for example, Pokémon TCG boosters, Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Bundles, Collection Boxes, Tin products, packs, collections and other Pokémon products available from PlasticWargaming.

Shipping costs, cash-on-delivery fees and other additional services associated with the order are not included in the qualifying purchase value.

5 Giveaway Prizes

A total of 3 winners will be drawn.

• 1st place: Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box
• 2nd place: Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Poster Collection
• 3rd place: Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration 2-Pack Blister

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash alternative may be requested.

6 Winner Selection

The prize draw will take place on 5 November 2026 from all valid giveaway entries that comply with these rules.

The winners will be selected at random. The organiser will subsequently verify that each selected entry meets all giveaway conditions.

If a selected entry is found not to meet the conditions, the organiser may disqualify that entry and draw an alternative winner.

7 Contacting the Winners

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided with their order or other contact details obtained by the organiser in connection with the qualifying purchase.

The winner must provide the cooperation reasonably required by the organiser to arrange the delivery or collection of the prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the organiser within 7 calendar days, the organiser reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

8 Prize Delivery

The method of prize delivery or collection will be agreed individually with each winner after they have been contacted.

The prize may be collected in person at the PlasticWargaming retail store in Brno or sent using a delivery method agreed between the organiser and the winner.

9 Cancellation and Returns

If an order is cancelled, the customer withdraws from the purchase contract, or products are returned and the resulting value of the qualifying Pokémon products falls below 30 EUR, the purchase will no longer meet the giveaway conditions.

The corresponding giveaway entry may therefore be removed from the prize draw.

10 Personal Data Protection

Participants' personal data will be used only to the extent necessary to organise the giveaway, verify compliance with the giveaway conditions, contact the winners and deliver the prizes.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the privacy policy of Plasticwargaming s.r.o.

11 Disqualification

The organiser is entitled to disqualify a participant where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent conduct, manipulation of the giveaway, provision of false information or other conduct contrary to these rules.

12 Final Provisions

By participating in the giveaway, the participant confirms that they have read these rules and meet the conditions for participation.

The organiser reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify, shorten, extend, suspend or cancel the giveaway. Any changes to the rules will be published on the PlasticWargaming website.

This giveaway is not organised, sponsored or administered by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK inc., and these companies bear no responsibility for its operation.

Pokémon and all related names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
