Adeptus Custodes
– golden guardians, perfect warriors, eternal protectors of the Emperor
Adeptus Custodes, known as Legio Custodes, are the personal bodyguards of the Emperor and the most powerful warriors in the galaxy. Each Custodian is genetically enhanced, psychically trained, and individually crafted – unlike Space Marines, who are created in masses. They are known as the Ten Thousand, for their numbers are few, but their power is unimaginable.
They wear Auric Armor, wield Guardian Spears, and fight with perfect precision. They are not only warriors but also keepers of secrets, emissaries of the Emperor's will, and protectors of Terra. Their presence embodies divine authority, and their will is unbreakable.
In battle, they rely on elite units such as Custodian Guard, Allarus Terminators, or Vertus Praetors on jetbikes. Led by Shield-Captains and Blade Champions, they can annihilate entire armies – yet remain devoted to a single purpose: the protection of the Emperor.
