Dio Drybrush Sets
DIO Drybrush sets – AMMO paint sets for drybrushing
DIO Drybrush sets combine several coordinated shades designed specifically for the drybrush technique. This means you do not need to select individual paints separately and can work straight away with a combination of shades suited to a particular surface, colour scheme or weathering effect.
The sets focus on grey, green, blue and sand tones, as well as rust, metallic surfaces and faded or worn colours. They can be used on miniatures, military vehicles, buildings, terrain, fantasy and sci-fi models, and dioramas.

Grey shades are suitable for stone, concrete, masonry, grey vehicles and other surfaces where you want to gradually highlight texture and raised edges.
Coordinated green and blue sets make it easier to highlight models with a strong base colour without having to find suitable lighter tones individually.
Sand and earth tones are ideal for desert terrain, dust, light soil, buildings, bases and models set in dry environments.
A set of rust tones is suitable for creating corrosion, wear and aged metal surfaces on vehicles, weapons, buildings and terrain.
Metallic shades allow you to quickly highlight the edges of weapons, armour, engines, vehicle tracks and other metal parts of a model.
Faded shades help create the appearance of sun-bleached, worn or long-used paint on vehicles and other surfaces.
Start with the darkest or mid-tone shade and gradually move towards lighter tones. Before application, remove most of the paint from the brush and build up the layers gradually. Using several coordinated shades makes it easy to create greater depth than with a single drybrush colour.
